Managing patrons

Allow patrons nicknames

By default, patrons are shown in Patron lists with their first name and the first letter of their last name (e.g. John D.). You can let patrons choose their own nickname with Patron profile form block and shortcode.

Send automatic email reminders (WooCommerce)

Avoid losing patrons with an email reminder sent a few days before patronage expiration. You can manage this email reminder in your admin panel: go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails panel > Patronage reminder. You can edit these options:

Manage patrons history

You can manually change / revoke / subscribe a patron to any tier for the desired periods. In your admin panel, go to Patrons Tips > Patrons > Click on the desired patron > Find the Patronage history section and modify it.

Manually add a patron

You can manually add a patron in your admin panel > Patrons Tips > Patrons > Click on ‘Add a Patron’ button. Fill in the information about this patron and click on ‘Publish’.

Filter and export your patrons

Easily filter your patrons list in your admin panel > Patrons Tips > Patrons.  You can filter by: user, tiers, patronage status, periods and loyalty (pro only). If you need a CSV export, click on ‘Export patrons’ button to open a popup and customize your export.

Synchronize all patrons (WooCommerce)

This feature will automatically add patrons according to your tiers settings and WooCommerce orders (e.g. you want to add/modify a tier and link it to a product which has already been sold in the past, synchronizing will look for patrons meeting your new settings). To synchronize all patrons, in your admin panel, go to Patrons
