By default, patrons are shown in Patron lists with their first name and the first letter of their last name (e.g. John D.). You can let patrons choose their own nickname with Patron profile form block and shortcode.
Avoid losing patrons with an email reminder sent a few days before patronage expiration. You can manage this email reminder in your admin panel: go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails panel > Patronage reminder. You can edit these options:
You can manually change / revoke / subscribe a patron to any tier for the desired periods. In your admin panel, go to Patrons Tips > Patrons > Click on the desired patron > Find the Patronage history section and modify it.
You can manually add a patron in your admin panel > Patrons Tips > Patrons > Click on ‘Add a Patron’ button. Fill in the information about this patron and click on ‘Publish’.
